Tried something new today, instead of the interval training I've been doing.  LOVED it!  And, I hit a new record:

Ab crunches 2x30@65
Straight Arm Ab 2x30@70 (I SO want to add more weight to this, but this machine goes up in 10lb increments, not 5.  I think 10 is too big a jump right now)
Inner thigh 2x30@100
Outer thigh 2x30@95
Obliques 2x30@80
Shoulder press 2x30@10, 4x15@10 (this was WAY harder today, probably from adding that extra set yesterday)
Pull Downs 2x30@45
