Ok, I know today is actually the 8th, but I forgot to post this yesterday.  Today, I spent the day with Monkey, so I missed my gym time.  I may go later tonight.  Or not.  I don't mind, since spending the entire day with my baby was the best birthday present ever.

Shoulder press 2x30@10, 4x15@10 (I was able to add another set of 30 today.  It's finally going somewhere!)
Pull Downs 2x30@45 (added 5 lbs today)
