Straight Arm Ab 2x30@80 (I took the plunge, and upped the weight the 10 lbs)
Inner thigh 2x30@105 (upped this 5 lbs)
Outer thigh 2x30@100 (upped this 5 lbs)
Pull Downs 2x30@50 (upped this 5 lbs)
Shoulder press 2x30@10, 4x15@10 (damn if this doesn't STILL kill me! It's the LOWEST weight you can set it at, and I feel like I'm going to pass out when I do it!)
