I was excited about YESTERDAY'S record, but TODAY, I blew that out of the water!
6.9 miles [I started out REALLY slow and easy, since I was a little wiped out from yesterday's workout, but then I just kept pushing. I did my "new" thing again, which I haven't quite figured out how to describe yet. I'm loving it! I'm pissed that I didn't just push from the beginning, because I think I could have hit 7 miles >:( ]
