I got another text in the middle of my workout today about taking Monkey for the day. Luckily, I was able to finish everything before I had to get her. I didn't mention it yesterday, but I made Stud join me at the gym. Today, all three of us went together, and Stud worked out with his father while I did my thing.

Ab Crunches 2x30 @ 30 lbs
Straight Arm 2x30 @ 30 lbs
Inner Thigh 2x30 @ 50 lbs (I upped both of these again today. Felt great!)
Outer Thigh 2x30 @ 50 lbs
Donkey Kicks 30 @ 25 each leg
Obliques 2x30 @ 40 lbs on each side
