I got another text in the middle of my workout today about taking Monkey for the day. Luckily, I was able to finish everything before I had to get her. I didn't mention it yesterday, but I made Stud join me at the gym. Today, all three of us went together, and Stud worked out with his father while I did my thing.

I'm very excited for you and your progress. Remember that they say that muscle weighs more than fat (and it burns calories at rest), so don't focus too much on pounds. I love the energy in your postings, the goals met (and exceeded), the growing love for the physical activity, and your NEW clothes! Such a great way to take care of yourself. Well done!
