1/8/13

I got another text in the middle of my workout today about taking Monkey for the day.  Luckily, I was able to finish everything before I had to get her.  I didn't mention it yesterday, but I made Stud join me at the gym.  Today, all three of us went together, and Stud worked out with his father while I did my thing.

Straight Arm 2x30 @ 30 lbs
Inner Thigh 2x30 @ 50 lbs (I upped both of these again today.  Felt great!)
Outer Thigh 2x30 @ 50 lbs
Donkey Kicks 30 @ 25 each leg
Obliques 2x30 @ 40 lbs on each side

  1. I'm very excited for you and your progress. Remember that they say that muscle weighs more than fat (and it burns calories at rest), so don't focus too much on pounds. I love the energy in your postings, the goals met (and exceeded), the growing love for the physical activity, and your NEW clothes! Such a great way to take care of yourself. Well done! (and yes, please do post photos of your progress).

  4. CHEEEEECH! SO THIS IS WHERE YOU'VE BEEN. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU, GURL.... DONT FORGET THAT MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. IT MAYNOT SHOW IN THE LOSS OF POUNDAGE BUT AS YOU SAID YOU CAN FEEL IT.
