I'm starting to think I shouldn't bother keeping a running total of calories anymore.  I'm obviously burning additional calories when I do the machines, but I have no way of knowing how many, so that total isn't really accurate, anyway.  Eh, for now, I'll just keep doing cuz I like to see that number. =)


  1. You moved up on the thigh machine weights! Those are the two machines I can really lift on...it's the arms that kill me- no upper body strength at all here.
