I was really crunched for time today, as I had many errands to run, and Stud had an early morning doctor's appointment. I was tempted to just not hit the gym today, but I quickly realized what an ASS I was being, and got going.
I didn't do a "whole" workout, though, because like I said, I was really short on time. I cut my elliptical time in half today.
