Ab coaster 30/30/30
I was only going to do cardio, and skip the machines, since it's been far too long since I've dragged my jiggly ass to the gym. I didn't want to overdo it, like I always do after a long absence. I only end up hurting myself, which makes me more likely to stay away. But after I did the stretching machine, I said, screw it, might as well do a little something for these flabby abs!
