Took the day off yesterday.  That wasn't my original intention, but after a long church service, a wonderful party afterward (it was our pastor's last day with us) and then running errands, I was wiped out.  Plus, I think I may have pushed my body a little hard on Saturday.  I was still feeling a little sluggish in the legs this morning.  I just wanted to at least hit 5 miles today, and thankfully, I did.

I just looked at Saturday's numbers, and was pleasantly surprised to see I actually did beat those numbers today. =)  Every day, I try to beat my numbers from the day before, even if it's only by 1/100 of a mile ;-)
